Overview

This classroom block for the Physiotherapy department at Bundelkhand University was designed and delivered in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, for Construction and Design Services (UP Jal Nigam) in 2024. The project involved planning specialized academic and treatment-adjacent spaces built for functionality and durability, supporting the university's physiotherapy teaching infrastructure. This work was carried out as an associate for Icon Architects, Lucknow, under the guidance of Ar. Devesh Mani Tripathi, reflecting our firm's collaborative role in delivering government and educational infrastructure projects. With a project valuation of approximately ₹90.00 lacs, this block forms part of our broader portfolio of public sector work across Uttar Pradesh.
